I Am Greek Life Package Missing an Item?

Our orders ship on First In First Out “FIFO” model, if your order has 3+ items and one item is not in our inventory the day of your shipment we will split your order rather than hold on to your order to provide prompt shipping times for your package. The remaining pieces will ship as soon as possible utilizing FIFO model.

If your package is missing an item, first check your packaging slip and see if one our team members left a note about splitting your order to ship it faster. If not, then email us at Help@IamGreekLife.com or call our customer service line 888-242-6490 to check and see if there was an issue or mistake during the shipping process.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST ?

Shipping rates are calculated via United States Postal Service calculator for all domestic shipments. International Checkout orders are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the region you are shipping to.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All domestic and Canada orders are shipped via United States Postal Service GROUND. At this moment we do not offer expedited shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing, pick, pack and ship with an additional 7-10 business days for delivery depending on your location.

DO YOU RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

On occasion, we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. Limited releases will not be restocked once sold out.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do not offer gift cards through our web store.
